Online Programs & Digital Resources: Access details are sent via email within 5–10 minutes of a successful payment. If you do not receive access within this time frame, please check your spam folder or contact us here.

Live or Scheduled Training Events: You will receive an email within 24 hours with scheduling instructions and details related to the training you registered for.

REFUND POLICY

Due to the nature of digital products and training programs, we offer refunds under limited circumstances:

Refunds may be requested within 7 calendar days of purchase. To be eligible, the course or material must not have been accessed, downloaded, or started. Refunds will not be issued for any program where participation has begun, including any live sessions attended or modules accessed.
